If you are not completely satisfied with an item please call our Technical support agent and go through the proper channels of trying to help
you understand how your BT Suntank works.
Our return Policy is as follows:
*Any or/and all replacement parts are part of our warranty program. We will gladly replace any defective parts at our costs, All returns must be
authorized through tech support after any replacement parts shipped and installed.
* The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging etc. Call us at 435-525-5222 to obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip.
If there is no RA# on the shipping tag or invoice, we will not accept the return. Also Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item
is being returned as a result of our error (defective), for your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We
do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages
that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited minus the shipping costs, once your return is back at our facility, and is
inspected to make sure that the unit is re-saleable. If the unit comes back Damaged by livestock your will be billed or your credit card will be
minus the rework charges to have the unit fixed so that it can be sold again. If you paid by check, your account will be credited. If using a
prepaid gift card such as Visa, Master card, Discover, please retain to ensure proper credit.
*Please Note: if you purchase any of the units and it is transit to your location and you wish to cancel and/or refuse the shipment for any
reason, customer pays all shipping charges to them and back to us, plus there will be a 10% restocking fee, and a $50.00 reroute fee.
All Shipping costs are non-refundable. Plus, all credit cards will be charged a transaction fee for all refunds. Minimum of 3%.
